Immediate opening for a full-time Phlebotomist for our busy OB/GYN practice. Selected candidates will need to possess the following qualifications/skills which include but not limited to: 

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience (blood draws and injections necessary)
  • Proficient EMR/PC skills
  • Ability to work independently, a must
  • Current CPR certification, a plus
  • Proficient interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities include:

  • Collect and Process blood/urine orders
  • Giving injections
  • Data entry of all orders

Work schedule:

Avg. 30 hrs/week.
Primary schedule will be Mon, Tues & Wed. 3-9pm; Thurs. 11:30am-6:30pm (occasionally 2-8pm) every other Friday 8:00am-2:00pm; every other Sat. 7:30am-12:00pm. (Weekly rotations will be Fri-work, Sat-off; next week Fri-off, Sat. work) Flexibility in the work schedule is a must to help cover for department vacations and/or call offs. All work schedules are based on the needs of the practice.

Immediate opening for a full-time Phone Scheduler for our busy OB/GYN practice. Selected candidates will need to possess the following qualifications/skills which include but not limited to: 

  • High school or GED required
  • Minimum of one (1) year in a medical practice or hospital setting
  • Excellent communication & telephone skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced office environment
  • Proficient PC skills
  • OB/GYN experience preferred, not required
  • Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Handle customer service inquiries
  • Updating patient account information
  • Assist with the scheduling from Patient POP system
  • Check voicemail system and handle callbacks
  • Review the waitlist and contact patients to schedule
  • Review and follow up on no shows
  • May assist with patient portal and referrals
  • May conduct patient pre-certification to ensure coverage for appointments and medical care

Work schedule:

40 hrs/week; Monday-Friday. Exact schedule to be determined and will be based on the needs of the practice.

Immediate openings for a full-time or part-time Desk Specialist’s for our busy OB/GYN practice.  Selected candidates will need to possess the following qualifications/skills which include but not limited to: 

  • Minimum of six (6) months experience in a medical or professional office setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good customer service skills
  • Bilingual is a plus

  • Checking in and out patients

Work schedule:

Offering a flexible schedule based on your availability to work early mornings or afternoons, evenings, and rotating Saturday mornings. This position may require the ability to travel to our different satellite locations as well. All work schedules are based on the needs of the practice but can still offer some flexibility.

Immediate opening for a part-time Evening Triage Nurse for our busy OB/GYN practice. Selected candidates will need to possess the following qualifications/skills which include but not limited to: 

Qualifications & skills include but not limited to:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a related position with preferred emphasis in OB-GYN nursing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient computer skills a must
  • Current RN or LPN license
  • OB/GYN experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Accept and return telephone calls from patients, make thorough assessment of patient’s problems, consult with providers and make appropriate decisions regarding patient situations and convey appropriate course of action based on protocols and consultation with provider. ie. office visit or evaluation at the hospital
  • Provide patient care in office as needed based on assessment and course of action
  • Orders labs, tests and medications, per protocol and/or provider direction. Schedule appropriate follow-up.
  • Ability to perform catheter insertion and removal, patient education, administering IV hydration/medications and perform NST’s
  • Communicate clearly with patients and at a level of understanding; communication may come in various forms to include telephone, email patient portal etc.

Work schedule:

This part-time position is approx. 10 hrs/week.

Hours would be approx. 4:30pm-9:30pm but are based on the needs of the practice.
Flexibility is needed with the other triage nurse to cover/switch other evenings if needed.

Immediate openings for part-time MA’s or LPN’s for our busy OB/GYN practice. Selected candidates will need to possess the following qualifications/skills which include but not limited to:

  • Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience in a medical or professional office setting

Immediate openings for a full-time or part-time RN Telephone Triage Nurse’s for our busy OB/GYN practice. Selected candidates will need to possess the following qualifications/skills which include but not limited to: 

Qualifications & skills include but not limited to:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a medical office or hospital setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Current licensure
  • OB/GYN experience preferred
  • Previous office triage experience, a plus

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Accept and return telephone calls from patients after conveying appropriate course of action based on protocols or consultation with a provider.  
  • Makes a thorough and complete assessment of patient’s problem; obtains, reviews all patient information keeping in mind patient history.
  • Has test results available for review. 
  • Competently interprets lab results. 
  • Makes appropriate decisions regarding patient situations i.e. office appointments versus evaluation in WBH or ED.
  • Orders correct labs, tests and medications, per protocol and or provider direction;
  • Competently explains to patients the course of action.

Work schedule:

The position is Monday through Friday, part-time or full-time. The exact schedule will be determined based on the needs of the practice but can still offer some flexibility.

Immediate opening for a full-time or part-time Medical Technologist for our busy Women’s Health Level III Lab. Selected candidates will need to possess the following qualifications/skills:

  • MT, ASCP or equivalent 
  • Generalist  
  • Phlebotomy and injections skills a must 
  • Proficient PC skills

Work schedule:

Exact schedule to be determined but will primarily be afternoons and evenings with the flexibility to possibly include some mornings. All schedules are based on the needs of the practice.

May-Grant OB/GYN, has an opportunity for a CNM to join our well-established, fast-paced, diversified, private OB/GYN practice.

We have a high performing, experienced team of 15 physicians, 11 CNMs and 6 CRNPs; and perform over 2400 deliveries per year with most vaginal births attended by CNMs.

The needs of our diverse client population are met by six satellite offices with in-house lab and ultrasound services; and, adjacent to our main office, a free-standing women’s hospital that includes ambulatory services, in-patient and out-patient services, level III NICU, 24-hour anesthesia and maternal fetal medicine department. (The community offers affordable housing, excellent schools and easy access to Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, DC and New York City.)

We are looking for a CNM that possesses the desire to provide the highest quality care, and support and nurture the health and well-being of every woman throughout all aspects of their life.

This position is a full-time position. Work schedule includes 1st call, 2nd call and office hours that includes some rotating evenings, Saturday mornings and is based upon the needs of the practice.
