Please note we ONLY participate with the following Medicaid Managed Care Plans:

- PA Health & Wellness
- United Healthcare Community Plan (Chester County)
- UPMC for You
We do NOT participate with the following Medicaid Managed Care Plans:
- AmeriHealth Caritas
- Health Partners Plan
- Keystone First
Please note if you schedule with one of the non- participating Medicaid Managed Care plans, you will be required to sign a waiver and pay for your health care at the time of service.
Please have your insurance card with you when you visit. We need to see your card each time.
