Isamar Rivera, CRNP

Isamar Rivera, CRNP, MSN, joined the May-Grant Obstetrics & Gynecology team, located in Lancaster, Elizabethtown, Ephrata, Intercourse, Willow Street, Pennsylvania in 2022. She goes by Izzy for short!
Izzy is a Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She completed her undergraduate education at Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences and Millersville University. She subsequently received her Master of Science in Nursing at Drexel University.

Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Izzy worked as a labor and delivery nurse for 5 years in Ephrata, PA. After working as an L&D nurse, she fell in love with the specialty and decided to further her education. Before joining May-Grant, Izzy worked as a NP at an OB/GYN office in Chambersburg, PA.

She born and raised in Lancaster City and is happy to be back home. She is very excited to have the opportunity to provide care to those in her community. Her goal is to provide a non-judgmental and safe place for patients when they are visiting her. Izzy wants her patients to feel empowered about their bodies and be able to make choices that will positively impact their health and wellness.

On her days off, Izzy loves to spend time with her family or explore the outdoors (hiking, kayaking or jogging). She also loves to bake and try out new recipes. Izzy is also fluent in Spanish.
