Natalie Wittes, CRNP

Natalie Wittes, CRNP, MSN, joined as a member of the May-Grant Obstetrics & Gynecology team, located in Lancaster, Elizabethtown, Ephrata, Intercourse, Willow Street, Pennsylvania in May, 2022. Natalie has worked as a nurse practitioner for over 10 years. She began her NP career in a gynecology surgery practice in Baltimore, MD. She returned to Pennsylvania in 2015. She spent the last 7 years working in a community health clinic focusing on women’s health, mostly for uninsured and underinsured patients. She specializes in gynecology and prenatal care, specifically contraception, STI treatment and managing the psychosocial issues related to childbirth. She enjoys caring for patients with limited resources and women going through the transitory phases of life.

Natalie completed her bachelors of nursing science at the University of Pittsburgh. She worked for 2 and 1/2 years as a RN on an Ear, Nose and Throat Oncology floor before returning to school to obtain her Masters of Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner Certification at Carlow College in Pittsburgh. She currently holds membership with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In late 2020, she earned her certification as a yoga instructor though Yoga Alliance and hopes to teach prenatal yoga in the future.

Natalie lives in Lancaster with her husband Jordan and their two children Cora and Ari. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family especially camping, hiking and swimming. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, running and gardening.
